The Silk Gel Activator applies beautifully and helps eye make-up stay put and last longer
Use a drop of Silk Vegan Gel Activator and mix with any Silk Argan Eye Shimmer, Glitter Dust or Shadow to create a new gel-formula that can be used as a liquid eye liner. Use to also create a stunning ‘wet look’ or metallic finish. This gel does not contain alcohol, sting eyes or evaporate.

Just a drop or two of Silk Vegan Gel Activator turns any Silk Eye Shimmer or Shadow into a coloured liquid eyeliner. Can also be mixed to create an all over ‘wet look’ eye shimmer/shadow finish. Use the lid of your Eye Shimmer to mix gel with shimmer, alternatively you can use a make-up mixing palette or the back of your hand.
