Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Silk Oil of Morocco shopping experience. We have confidence in the quality of our products and believe you’ll be happy with your choice, but if for some reason you need to return something, go right ahead. We stand behind our products with our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee is in addition to other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and the cancellation period outlined above.

If you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days after receiving your product, send the item back to us (if purchased online) or to your Representative within 14 days with a completed returns form and proof of purchase (please see How do I return an item) and we or your Ambassador will either replace the product, send you a store credit voucher or refund its purchase price. Please note products are returned at the cost of the buyer.

 

Our returns policy is a “voluntary” policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, we or your Representative have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, your return may be refused. Our decision is final.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Email Sales@silkoilofmorocco.com.au
  • Enter your order number in the email and list the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • Within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.
  • In unused and re-sellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind purposes. Silk Oil of Morocco holds the right to refund shipping costs at their own discretion. 

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivered date.

CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved and we have received your returned items, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to 110% store credit. Please note credits do not expire and can be used any time.
  • Exchange for product of equal value

Silk Oil of Morocco may choose to accept or deny the chosen resolution at their own discretion.

HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
